Hey luke. You said we didn’t order the Dawn Ambiance and that’s why remote controls weren’t included. This email says we DID indeed order the Dawn Ambiance, which means we need the remote controls that go with the lamps. Please clarify. Thank you. Lisa shields

Thanks for your review. I can confirm that what you ordered was the Dawn Ambiance, which does not come with a remote controller. It is the Aurora Ambiance that comes with a remote to control the colors and patterns easily. The Dawn Ambiance you ordered glows warm white light only, so it does not come with a remote.

It would be ideal if there was an option for choosing witch leg the power adapter exits. This offers the lamp a sleeker look when placing it against a wall where the outlet if positioned.
